Orders under $300
10% Cancellation fee
72 hrs prior to event - Full refund minus 10% fee
Under 72 hrs to 48 hrs prior to event - Refund by Gift Certificate minus 10% fee.
Under 48 hrs prior to event - No Refund, product can be vacuum sealed and froze for a later pickup time.
Orders over $300
Paying your deposit contracts you to the following:
20% Deposit due at time of order
Orders must be paid in full within 30 days advanced
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 3 weeks or more 10% fee applies - Balance Refund
Cancellations 3 to 2 weeks in advance refund by gift certificate
Cancellation 2 weeks or less of event - NO CANCELLATION.
Please note Orders must be placed at least 24 hrs in advance, 48-72 hours recommended as we do sell out on pre-orders.
